In another demonstration of their leadership in the sector and when it comes to their people, the Ross
Firm has introduced a 4-day work week for the entire team. Quinn Ross says: “This is an unprecedented
move in the legal sector which resists change like none other. Law is a sector where professionals who died a
century ago, could rise from the crypt and go back to work with relative ease. We are beyond proud to
be leading the profession in the present and into the future.”
The Ross Firm also announced a defined benefit pension plan, almost unheard of in the private sector.
“The moment a pension plan was announced for licensees and staff we jumped at the opportunity.
Beyond attraction and retention, it’s simply the right thing to do for those who do so much for us.” Ross
said.
