Leading the way in Ontario family law: The Ross Firm launches regional Family Legal Services Provider support.

The Ross Firm is proud to announce that Paralegal Rebecca Kloosterman is part of the Law Society of Ontario’s first cohort of Family Legal Services Providers (FLSPs), making our firm the first in our region to expand into this innovative area of family law. Rebecca’s expanded scope of practice allows her to offer streamlined, lower‑cost support for simple divorces, child support changes, filing domestic contracts and separation agreements with the court to enforce child and spousal support obligations, adult name changes, FRO enforcement issues and step‑by‑step navigation of the family court process, increasing value, improving access to justice and helping reduce wait times for the families we serve across Ontario. This is just the latest example of The Ross Firm’s leadership in rethinking how legal services are delivered. As we continue to innovate and expand our offerings, our focus remains clear: better options, faster answers, and more meaningful access to justice for the people of our region and beyond.
